The Challenge

What the client needed to solve

Recruiters were being asked to make hiring decisions from incomplete signals. A resume could say the right things, but it did not show enough proof. Checking GitHub, coding profiles, and resume details separately took time and made it hard to compare candidates fairly. Workzo needed to make hiring feel more evidence-led and less dependent on guesswork.

Our Approach

How we solved it

We designed Workzo around proof of work. Candidates can build a profile that brings together their resume, GitHub activity, and LeetCode practice. Recruiters can post jobs, review candidates, and filter applicants using stronger signals than keywords alone. The goal was to make the platform useful for both sides: candidates get a better way to show ability, and recruiters get a clearer way to judge fit.
