What the client needed to solve

The brand was growing in multiple directions at once. Chai Churi needed to impress customers, franchise buyers, and partners with a site that felt premium, modern, and active. At the same time, the website had to handle practical business needs: show menus for different regions, help people find outlets, collect franchise inquiries, and give buyers all important brand information in one place. For Canada, the ordering system had a different challenge. Customer behavior there is not the same as in India. People expect takeaway ordering, clear pickup flows, and rewards like loyalty points on each order, so the product had to be shaped around how that market actually buys.

How we solved it

We treated the website as both a brand-building asset and an operating tool. The public site was designed to feel rich and interactive so a first-time visitor immediately understands that Chai Churi is an established franchise brand. Behind that, we organized the content so menus, outlets, franchise information, careers, and contact flows all live in one place. Regional menus were planned carefully so the same website can show different offerings for different markets without confusing customers or franchise buyers. For Canada, we mapped the ordering journey around local expectations: quick takeaway, easy item selection, and loyalty points that make repeat orders feel rewarding.
